Beacon Hill Townhouse

Design A proposed slope side ski-in, ski-out community for Burke Mountain Ski Resort.  The houses were modeled on New England farmhouses and barns and designed to be super insulated zero net energy ready.

In the tradition of New England farmhouses that evolve over time, we added wings which extend the house into the landscape and include a new living room, studio, and an indoor “endless pool.”
