In a converted candy factory, now condo complex, this project makes efficient use of a small space through built-in cabinetry. Wainscoting highlights the tall ceilings, and a Swedish-inspired color palette accentuates the southern light.

This eclectic and innovative design re-imagines how to live within a traditional 5-story Boston townhouse. Some floors were removed and the basement excavated to create new double-height spaces.
