These townhouses were designed to capture the urbanity and pleasant scale of Beacon Hill and other old neighborhoods in Boston.

The design refers to the site’s industrial and maritime past. The building faces the Boston skyline across the harbor.

This waterfront project includes a boutique hotel with an enclosed courtyard on one pier and town houses lining the perimeter of a second pier.
